How do I know if Legacy is right for my child?
If you are looking for a small, personalized learning environment, dedicated to creating a safe, engaging and rigorous educational experience, Legacy may be right for your child.
How are parents involved?
Parents play a critical role in making Legacy a success. We expect and encourage them to be active participants and help us provide the kind of educational and emotional environment that allows students to thrive. Parents have the opportunity to serve on our Parents' Council and take part in a variety of school-wide events. They also participate in quarterly goal-setting sessions with their child.
How can I apply to enroll my child?
Applications are available at the school, on our website, or by returning the PDF application request form. If applications exceed openings, new students will be selected by lottery. Preference will be given to siblings of Legacy students.
What is Sonnenschein's involvement?
Legacy founder Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, a large Chicago law firm, provides financial and management support to the school. Its attorneys and staff are involved in Legacy and the lives of its students through activities such as tutoring and mentoring.
