I love being a teacher, and I am proud to be part of the Legacy community. After graduating from Brandeis University, I committed to teaching for two years in an underserved community as part of Teach for America. I was a member of New Orleans Corps, and found the experience so rewarding that I stayed for a third year before attending Harvard University's Graduate School of Education where I received a master's degree. I am so thrilled to be working with my scholars who greet me each day with smiles, joy, and the desire to grow as thinkers and learners. I look forward to challenging myself as an educator to always inspire my scholars, for whom I have great expectations.
